Rolf H. Hammerstein was the founder and namesake of our firm.

Until his death in December 2017, he worked as a solicitor, auditor and tax consultant. For more than 40 years he dealt with topics at the intersection of corporate law, tax law and accounting.

His professional passion was the media industry, where he advised film and TV producers as well as public and private broadcasters. In addition, he was involved in structuring media-specific models for corporate and project financing in Germany and abroad.
